Does anyone know of a good source of long-form journalism or creative non-fiction in languages other than English? I sometimes check out longform.org or longreads.com for English articles, and I know which publications tend to offer good long-form journalism, so I'll also go directly to their sites.
I'd love to read some high-quality long-form journalism in Spanish, Italian and/or French. Any recommendations?

Ha, I just asked a very similar question over in my log! I'm looking for Spanish, French, or German.

Have you considered news magazines similar but maybe not to the quality of Economist / TIME? In Germany there's F.A.Z. Woche and Der Spiegel. In Sweden there's Fokus. Speaking of Fokus, they have a category and RSS for some of their published in-depth articles which makes it easy to follow.
English Wikipedia has a section titled Notable print news magazines and you might find more by jumping between languages such as the French page Magazine d'actualité. There's also a category titled News magazines by country with languages such as Italian, French, German, Belgian and Russian.

Re: long-form journalism in languages other than English?
Here are a few that I've been following in Spanish:
-1. Otraspoliticas
-2. Vice Mexico - Definitely more of a magazine, than a editorial. Still, I enjoy reading the publication, and appreciate the slightly more casual tone of their articles.
-3. Nada es gratis - This is a blog, and some articles are longer than others, but I find their take interesting.
-4. CNN en Español - I don't mean this to be a political statement, nor a complete reflection of my own political persuasions. Their dislike of Trump may be understandable at times, but sometimes it's too evident in their writing for my taste. I know everyone, even the best journalist, likely has a political opinion, but regardless of what that persuasion is I prefer it not show up in any analysis I am reading. Then again, I have been primarily reading the 'opinion' section. A lofty wish maybe. Their other stories are pretty good though.
-5. Other than that, I just browse different online US, Spanish and Latin American newspapers. Within the next few weeks, I'm sure to come across a few other sites that might interest you. I'll update here as I see them.
Edit
A few I'll be taking a closer look at:
Arcadia (I'm really interested in this one), Letras libres, Nexos. All three are magazines.
