Q: How long does it take to be able to speak like a 6 years old child in X language?
A: 6 years

Q: IRISH: Not all those who wander are lost
A: .. but they may never hit upon the Gaeltacht just by wandering aimlessly around (it's a very small thing in a very big world). Try asking for directions or download a map from the idirlíon.

Q: Shoot the Moon (FR, ES) - 2019
A: Even Nasa won't hit the Moon in 2019 - and Nasa speaks English

Q: Eido's Literary Liturgy - Pray to The God of The Pen
A: Oh pennates....

Q: How to learn a language through listening
A: Read the usermanual to the language first and then do the actual assembly. Afterwards use the assembled language to listen to native speakers until you more or less understand what they say.

Q: I want to build an app. What do you think?
A: I think you need to discover that you really need something first and then find out whether somebody already made a suitable app to satisfy that need.

Q: Cellar Door - Afrikaans in 1 year
A: You could also try to learn Afrikaans without going to prison

Q: I fail words -- devilyoudont's ja/es/eo log
A: I fail understand syntax this ... don't ...

Q: Using Anki as an intermediate or advanced learner
A: You can't teach Anki a whole language just by telling it words - it will just repeat things like a parrot

Q: Please recommend an anki alternative
A:Three-column wordlists on paper

Q: There are worse things I could do... (FR, RU, ES)
A: Definitely: like trying to learn Navaho,Warlpiri, Piraya or the tax laws of your home country only by listening

Q: dark mode
A: ████████ depression depression depression ████████

German is for wimps. :D Nothing beats the original Klingon:

Fun fact: Marc Okrand originally created Klingon without infinitives and had to add them for the movie "Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country." (There actually is a Klingon version of Hamlet.) He also must have a sense of humor, because he chose ghotI' as the Kllingon word for fish.

I think your title is more easily understood as you talking about praying to a certain god of the pen (just like how, in Chinese religion, there's a god of the bed, a god of doors and gates, gods for cities, and even a god of the toilet).

Therefore, you could say that your god of the pen is one of your penates, Latin for the minor gods worshipped at your house, which works wonderfully as a pun because they both begin with pen-. Iversen then pictures you as praying to the pen god with a liturgy chanting Ō Penātēs...
