Hvala vam puno! I kept checking online: potiljka, potiljak, potiljok...one of the results was crotch for God's sake! After learning the false friend ponos (cf Russian понос), I wanted to be sure what I was reading. I figured it had to do with the head since it was talking about blood on the brain, but...

And then reading your post, I remembered I had the Benson pb dictionary right here on my desk, and sure enough, there it is. potiljak: back of the head. Doh!
