Thanks Serpent. Yes, I did try this, but have not been to alter what I can see.
(It's clearly something with Twitter on my end which I am finding mysterious. Messages show in the "Home" page, but not in "Profile" - they show in Profile before 6th November. If I click on my tweet, there's a number for the reply, but no rely shown. I hadn't changed anything in between, but Twitter seems to be changing things - the character counter recently changed to a graphic, for instance. This is my first "serious" use of Twitter so I'm probably missing something.)
Everything's working in terms of the challenge website.

We've passed the halfway line of 21 days. Is everyone on track? Are you happy with your scores? If not there's still plenty of time to catch up!

Re: 6WC 6 Week Challenge - Nov 2017
I've probably never had a Distribution by Language so even. The power of procrastination (of the Target Language Greek).
I finished a (French) novel, though, which I rarely manage to. And I'm finally practising German speaking as part of my New Year's Resolution, having procrastinated it for 10.5/12 of the year.
So, everything except TL Greek. I'll go wash the windows now.

I noticed!
I found the challenge very helpful, and there was the extra pressure to "keep up" and reach my aims which saw me through. I definitely spent more time on language studies than I would otherwise have done. (Yesterday though I opened Anki and then, rather too gleefully, closed it again, as I decided I wanted a day off!)
I wrote the summary below on my log:
peter wrote:The 6 week challenge comes to an end, and I seem to have logged around 70 hours in Bengali, so 11-12 hours a week.
My three aims were:I managed to complete all three:
- Fully understand and practise all the grammar of Part II
- Learn at least a further 500 words from the glossary (then I'll have learnt 1000 words in total by the end of the year, which seems a good target)
- Become practised at conjugating different verbs - I should not have to "work out" the vowel mutation, stem and ending in popular cases.
In addition I started to listen to Bengali audio: radio programmes from BBC Bangla and some programmes from Youtube aimed at children.
- I finished part II of my TY book, and am putting together a summary along with revising what I have learnt (as described two posts ago)
- I just completed the extra 500 words. A combination of words from some useful Memrise courses and the book dialogues brought up my total.
- I'm fairly confident with my verb conjugations, thanks in part to a Memrise course, but also the logic became clear at one point. Apart from some irregular verb stems, the whole system is pretty regular.

Re: 6WC 6 Week Challenge - Nov 2017
Guess what, we studied for a total of 146103 minutes or 2435 hours in this 6WC. Congratulations to everyone!
I averaged 4:16 hours a day, less than usual because of stupid real life stuff. My distribution-by-language chart below shows a lot of procrastination. The 2 largest slices are me finally starting to work on my 2017 New Year's Resolutions, German and Swedish. And while I was supposed to work on my Target Language Greek both for this 6WC and for rdearman's study, I kept doing other things, namely Procrastination 1 through 7.
I got a lot of speaking and writing practice done though, so I'm actually very pleased overall.

Re: 6WC 6 Week Challenge - Nov 2017
I have failed my first November challenge with German.
But maybe there are some challenges in January?
I would like to sign up with English.
