I fear that you people missed why it doesn't say anything over Finland. It's because Finnish people are very self conscious about their image abroad, and are excited anytime Finland gets a mention somewhere. What the person did was to neglect Finland completely, which honestly annoys Finnish people far more than anything they could have typed on the map.

For me, Finnland is very famous because Father Christmas lives there
(Yes, I know that he's an imaginary so not real person, obviolusly )

Considering the circumstances in which the Czech Republic gets mentioned abroad (usually when a politician does something extraordinarily stupid, funny, and embarrasing in public, like stealing the pen he's just signed an important document with), we are often glad to be ignored
Finns have no reason to be so self conscious! They are great!

It was precisely this attitude from french people which made me choose to learn Spanish and not french! It seems this stereotype is maybe true
