Advanced students can help Google Translate

Postby arthaey » Mon Jul 27, 2015 6:29 pm

I just discovered the Google Translate community, which lets you translate or validate their translations. You tell them what languages you speak, and they present you with translations to provide or check.

Obviously, only advanced students should participate, and only for phrases you're totally sure about. (There's a "skip" button; use it liberally!) But I'm having fun doing this, and I feel like it's useful to more people than when I just plink around on Duolingo. :)

Corrections welcome in any language; I prefer an informal register.
