I can hear it perfectly. Are you saying that you hear it as "I am very lucky have"?

No, it's not dropped, it's there: /tə/. Prepositions are normally reduced (like many other auxiliary words), so you have to listen more attentively, if you can't hear it (try 0.5 or 0.25 speed). Since the preposition is reduced it's almost as if she's saying "t'have". But it's clearly there, you should be able to hear it easily, once you figure out where it actually is in the sound stream.

In ESL books, this phenomenon is often referred to as "weak forms."
