I need your help: Research on the role of reading on language learning

Hey everyone,
I'm conducting a research for a term paper on the role of reading in language learning and I'm urgently looking for people willing to take a short survey. It shouldn't take longer than 5-10 minutes and asks you about your experience reading in your target language(s).
I'd be really grateful if some of you took the time to help me out. (:

I had to stop when the form asked me to name one target language (in the singular). I didn't know whether you wanted my best L2 or one at at lower level.
