For Arabic, there is د. أحمد خالد توفيق Dr. Ahmed Khaled Towfik. He was a prolific Egyptian writer and translator. His best know works are ما وراء الطبيعة which was recently remade into a Netflix series, Paranormal. As the English title might suggest, it's a bit more on the paranormal side, but it still fits in mystery-detective. It centers on Dr Refaat, a phlebotomist, who investigates seemingly unnatural occurrences. I'm currently reading one of his الآن نفتح الصندوق (Now we open the box) books which feels like a mature Goosebumps.
