Hola,
Estoy aprendiendo hablar español y me estoy preguntando cómo se dice frases como "I'll do it myself" o "I'll fix it myself"/"we'll fix it ourselves". Quiero decir "Lo arreglo" o "Lo arreglamos" pero eso no tiene el énfasis en "myself"/"ourselves" como la frase en inglés.
Ideas?

Yo mismo/misma lo haré.
Yo mismo/misma lo voy a arreglar.
Yo solo/sola lo voy a arreglar. (I'm going to fix it alone.)

A mí (soy Colombiano) me suena más natural:
"lo haré yo mismo" / "lo haré yo misma"
La otra opción (Yo misma lo haré) me suena a las traducciones que hacen de las películas en inglés. Muchas de estas traducciones se hacen en México. Seguramente allí suene más natural "Yo mismo lo haré".

En ciertos casos puedes optar por el presente también como en "Lo arreglo yo mism@", porque el presente puede tener una connotación del futuro.

Depende también un poco de las connotaciones que le quieras dar. Si, por ejemplo, mi hermano estuviera haciendo alguna chapuza a propósito le diría: "ya lo hago yo, anda". Si alguien me quisiera hacer un favor, pero no quisiera causar molestias, diría: "me encargo yo, no te preocupes". Cuando decimos "yo" o algún otro pronombre personal esto suele tiene un carácter enfático, ya que lo normal es omitirlos.
