Where I could find a list of topics sorted by priority of study of a language (in this case I am interested in English and German)?
Something similar to this but maybe better done?

There are lists like this one, I think it is ok (it is just a bit too simple. Many grammar features get introduced on one level and then learnt in more detail later). Or, you can get some CEFR labeled coursebooks and/or grammarbooks. Use them, or copy the list of contents to use together with any other resource.

Graded grammar books I like:
English:
the famous in Use series: the Essential Grammar in Use (A1-B1), the English Grammar in Use (officially B1-B2, did suffice for my CAE), the Advanced Grammar in Use (C1-C2).
Or a newer one: The Oxford English Grammar Course: Basic (A1-A2), Intermediate, Advanced

German:
Hueber and Klett have published many grammar books, with various cefr labels. Some as stand alone tools, some as a supplement to the normal coursebook series.
Schubert: A-Grammatik, B-Grammatik, C-Grammatik
