phpBB already has built in RSS feed for new threads. In the past, it would only take a few minutes to set up IFTTT and Zapier to auto post an RSS feed but I'm not sure if they are free nowadays.

Wow, thanks for that.
Just finished automating that on Zapier.

Currently I have the bot posting on my account when threads are created in the forum, I'll move it to a specific account later, once I figure out the costs on Zapier.
