An area with study groups for various languages. Group members help each other, share resources and experience. Study groups are permanent but the members rotate and change.

Mil gracias por esto. Estaba luchando por entenderlo. Especialmente lo de "es que". Me di cuenta de que es algo que usan con frecuencia los hispanohalantes

Pero acerca de punto 3. ¿Estás seguro de qué él no dice "Yo sí que no paso" ?

Yes, that's right, my bad. Anyways must be translated as something like this:

一 Bro, a hundred and twenty years old restaurant, you're telling me the shimps are tough, we can't have that.
一 You're getting into my nerves, mate.
一 We can't have that. *yells*
一 I'm not having this. *yells even more*

That's actually really funny. I don't wanna promote prank calling though. Lol.

Hahaha. Yep, it's pretty funny. I have been watching a lot of his prank calls. I will sometimes die of laughing even if I don't understand every word they say haha. That's when I started to enjoy 'For natives by natives' material for the first time. And I am learning so much (although some of the stuff I am learning are the not so savoury way Spaniards swear :lol: )

Es que estoy bastante seguro que dijo "Yo sí que no paso." En los comentarios de YT de este video y también en otros de él, se dice "Yo sí que no paso." Parece que se ha convertido en un "meme" porque aparece en muchos comentarios no solo en este video pero también en muchos otros.

Oh my gosh, I watched that prank video. I have no idea what "tete" means but I love it. OMG, that was horrible. Prank calls, ayayay.

I shared the big one amongst my friends all day long. It was a blast.

I just noticed something really important by the way. In Spain they use "me estás calentando" to say "I'm getting mad/angry at you." But in latinoamerica that means "you make me horny." They don't even use it on tv because is extremely rude. Some reguetón artists say that on their songs though.

Is there a list of verbs that can take the gerund?

I know of Llevar, Acabar, Estar and Seguir.
