“Finnisch mit extra Mühe” -- a group learning project (because Finnish wasn't hard enough before)

An area with study groups for various languages. Group members help each other, share resources and experience. Study groups are permanent but the members rotate and change.

Time to maybe have another go at this. Madventures. For my eyes, one of the best things I've seen from Finnish TV, ever. First episodes are all Finnish, but they treacherously switch to English part way through the series. Boo. This was broadcast on US TV, but they basically butchered it, ruined the timing. The show captures kind of the best aspects of 'Finnish crazy' I think.

In the event that some members of this group might be interested in purchasing a (rare) copy of "Linguaphone Finnish", I am posting a link to the separate discussion thread that I just opened:

Not particularly fluent. Been busy with work and Japanese, but I'm still putting time into clozemaster on Finnish, getting the odd video or news article in for Finnish. Just did Japan as a tourist for a week, and am considering visiting Finland 2019. Not so much for language related stuff, but just to sleep in hotels and wander around.
