If I want to use lots of adjectives in a phrase, what is the correct Italian word order?

I don't think that's a hard and fast rule at all or that everyone says it as such. In that sentence the section with: rectangular, green and French could come in any order and it wouldn't much matter. Or wouldn't matter much.

Ripetiamo: OSASHCOMP. Cosa significa?

Come spiega Mark Forsity nel suo volume The Elements of Eloquence, l’ordine degli aggettivi in inglese deve seguire questo ordine: Opinion-Size-Age-SHape-Colour-Origin-Material-Purpose. Appunto, OSASHCOMP."

Anyone preparing CELI this year? Would love to not be alone :-)
And I am looking for resources on writing, especially the exam writing. Yes, I will get an exam preparatory book or two, but is there anything specific for writing learning? And even better examples of C1 writing with corrections anywhere?
Thanks!

Ciao a tutti, mi sono iscritto a questo gruppo perché vorrei imparare il mio italiano, è anche perché ho intenzione di andare in Italia quest'anno e penso che sia meglio avere la capacità di capire e parlare correttamente.

Per ora, non ho ancora nessun piano o metodo per impararlo.

Buongiorno

sono tornato sul forum. I'd like to share an Anki Deck that I have done through subs2srs. It's purely for listening practice.

I've essentially grabbed audio strings from two movies (Le Fate Ignoranti and Tre Uomini e una Gamba), wrote subs in English and Italian as precisely as I could (trying to strike the balance between word-by-word and idiomatic translation) and made flashcards of them.

The flashcards have listening as the question, so to speak.

https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/257930890

At 75 cards/notes, this is not massive, but I am at a good point finishing Le Fate Ignoranti. If this is of interest, I might try to give it the final push during the holidays. From memory, it should be some 500-600 more flashcards.

What surprised me is "rectangular green French silver", where "French" got between color and material. In Russian, you'd put it the last but one, "size-[shape|color]-origin-purpose", and I followed this pattern in other languages, without thinking. But actually, these orders are not very different, because we're all Indo-Europeans, and under the hood it's the same thing.
