Hi everybody, my name is Diego, I'm a 30 years old guy from Spain. I am a police officer, and I love country music, chess, sports in general and learning new things. I have two little children.
I am looking for a partner in my way to improve my speaking and listening skills in English (B2 at this time). I would prefer someone from UK, just because my certification exams will be considering UK standards, but if you are from another country it's ok for me.
I think a good method would be to arrange 1h long sessions through Skype. One session we would speak Spanish, and the next one we would speak English so web both can improve!
Thanks for reading!

Re: Language exchange Spanish-English
Just to help a little, there are a couple of wonderful sites dedicated to finding language exchange partners. I use them all the time.
https://www.language-exchanges.org/
https://www.conversationexchange.com/
Good luck!

I do make transcriptions of all the episodes on the website (https://autodidactic.info), so hopefully that will help as well.

Yes, It helps a lot. You speak very clearly. I am improving a lot my listening skills, the problem is that my speaking skills are quite far behind.
There's plenty of resources to improve listening, but If found very difficult to improve speaking.
I put a post on this forum and in other one with 0 responses. I registered un language-exchanges and talked to several people. But nothing.
I think I'll start talking to a mirror
