What and where is this beautiful building in the picutre, please? The word "Barcelona" is part of another picture and probably not related. Thanks in advance.

Seems to be the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan. Found it using google reverse image search. You go to google images, then in the search bar click the camera icon and enter the url of your image.
