I grew up in Japan, then later returned there when stationed in the Navy, and then worked for a large global company where I still work
So, other than Japan and the US (where I was born and where I live, and not counting passing-through an airport):
Americas: Canada, Mexico, Belize, Honduras, Chile
Caribbean/Atlantic: the Dominican Republic, USVI, BVI, Netherlands Antilles, Barbados, St. Lucia, Antigua and Anguilla, Bahamas, Bermuda
Asia/Pacific: S. Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Australia
Europe: Ireland, UK (England, Scotland, Northern Ireland), France, Germany, Italy, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Hungary
And also: Turkey, Oman, South Africa
I may have missed a couple.
How many countries/cities have you travelled?

Re: How many countries/cities have you travelled?
I've been quite lucky to travel, I haven't visited many cities in my home country of the UK as I stick around London mostly.
I have however travelled to many places in Europe such as - Ireland, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy and even the Vatican.
I have also travelled outside of Europe to Mexico & Barbados
Quite interesting places.

Re: How many countries/cities have you travelled?
I have never been out of Spain (not even in Portugal).
I have traveled Galicia intensively, and I have lived in Ferrol, Ares, A Coruña, and Madrid (Las Rozas).
I have been also in several cities in Spain (outside Galicia, obviously).

Re: How many countries/cities have you travelled?
In 2022 I visited Norway for the first time, and it was so cool. I even tried to grab the opportunity for learning some Norwegian, and I started watching series in the language, like Ragnarok on Netflix. I am still just a beginner, but I am hoping to continue and to be able to visit Oslo and Bergen again, and next time to be able to speak a little in Norwegian.

Tracking cities here is going to be too long...so states:
New York
Maryland
Pennsylvania
Washington, D.C. (okay, not a state, sue me)
Virginia
North Carolina
South Carolina
Tennessee
Georgia
Iowa
Alabama
Mississippi (driving through)
Louisiana
Florida
Texas
Oklahoma
Nevada
Arizona
I'd like to do a road trip through Europe one day. I feel like you get to know the character of a place better driving through than you do just flying in and seeing a few cities...
So I suppose I should update this. Also probably my log, I haven't posted in months, but I've been traveling a good bit since I posted this so:
US:
Puerto Rico
Colorado
Minnesota
Others I've been to before but not worth rehashing
International:
France - Paris again, twice
Mexico - Mexico City
Spain - Barcelona
Costa Rica - Liberia (and surrounding areas)
UK - Edinburgh, Scotland
I work for an airline so I have more opportunities to travel than most. Hoping to do a bunch of trips this year (and maybe post some recaps in my log for the trips above). Also FYI--there's a cool app called "Been" that I like for tracking places I've visited, highly recommend it (I'm not affiliated in any way and it's free).

Hopefully once I'm moved to the East Coast, Europe will be in easy reach.
I have updates! New York for a state, and Denmark, Norway and Sweden for countries.
