How would you write that sentence if you had to start your sentence by the verb "être (heureux)" and then the verb "écouter" (you inverse the two parts of the sentence) ?
« Être heureux et écoutez » ?

So, should it be « Serez heureux et ecoutez ! » ?

It's an imperative, so it should be "Ecoutez et soyez heureux".
