This year, Bayreuth Festival goes online.
In partnership with Deutsche Grammophon, they put online six+eight recordings from Bayreuth archives (by the latter "eight" I mean two different productions of Der Ring cycle).
Broadcasting has started on July 26th, but don't worry: the two missed performances will be available once more in August.

La marimba es un instrumento de percusión, pariente del xilófono. La música de marimba se toca con las mazas con la cabeza de goma. Según la Unesco, la marimba y bailes tradicionales son las Obras Maestras del Patrimonio Oral e Inmaterial de la Humanidad. La marimba es especialmente popular en la provincia ecuatoriana de Esmeraldas.
La Embajada de la República del Ecuador y Centro Cultural Iberoamericano les invitan a visitar la presentación y a conocer el origen y la historia del instrumento tan magnífico y las peculiaridades de tocar la marimba. Además, les proponemos escuchar la marimba ecuatoriana tocada por profesionales.
