working in dubai

as it has been discussed before , my the 3 year previous toefl exam says that my that level was B1 ,now it is probably around B2 (or between B1-B2)
anyway, I am working in tourism. and some of our guests say that I could work in dubai or in singapore.
I have mathematics degree and a bit experience as math teacher.

so,here I request someone who worked in dubai or singapore to give me information about work conditions in teaching.
(also, health conditions)
