I don't remember us having any consensus on that... And it's more about staying focused than intensive vs extensive learning.
Originally Sprachprofi considered for example movies an activity that inherently has you focusing on the story and visual images part of the time, so it wasn't allowed to count 100%, but that's been changed already.

(the question is, do people who have never seen my log know that, hehe)
I've registered for Czech too But I'm seeing it more as an aspiration than a commitment

I'm still not sure whether to sign up with German, Dutch or Catalan, but it will be one of those. Reason says to go with Catalan, but my heart is not so sure...

Re: 6WC: 6 Week Challenge Thread August
Does anyone know how to divide up your time when you post to Twitter? I thought I did, but it just lumped everything together.
I think I posted something like #Spanish 15 minutes #text 30 minutes #vocab, etc. It just posted 45 minutes to each division instead of breaking them down.
(Sorry, but this is the only thing I ever use Twitter for, so don't know all the rules.)

It looks like the bot recorded 3h15 for each of 4 activities. That seems to be because you sent the bot a tweet with hash tags for multiple activities in the single tweet. As Via Diva was saying, they need to be separate tweets.
If that was your last tweet to the bot, you can undo it by sending: @6wcbot #undo
Wait until it removes the previous, up to 15 minutes. Then send a new tweet for each activity. 4 individual tweets, one for each of text, vocab, misc, and memrise.

Re: 6WC: 6 Week Challenge Thread August
note that the total time was correct. it simply allows you to use multiple tags for the same time slot, for example to track #book, #internet and #magazine separately AND track them all as #reading.
so you're not breaking any rules and if this doesn't bother you for archiving purposes, you don't need to fix the mistake.
edit: you can also tweet #undo 195 min #es #text to remove the whole entry. i *think* you don't need to list all tags, but you can't modify it, only delete, ie you can't subtract for example 10 or 20 min or remove one tag, but only remove everything and tweet separately.

Re: 6WC: 6 Week Challenge Thread August
I listen to a lot of French music! Sometimes passively, sometimes paying good attention. I've been adding maybe between 10 - 20 percent of the my time spent doing that to the 6WC. Does that sound about right? Not sure what the rules or general feeling is for music.

Re: 6WC: 6 Week Challenge Thread August
I take all the time spent on listening to music and divide it by three. Because music is that important for me and because even passively I listen to it somewhat carefully anyway.
