Re: Output Challenge 2015/2016 Discussion
I've done very little recording for quite a while so am officially withdrawing from this challenge. Thanks everyone.

Re: Output Challenge 2015/2016 Discussion
It's kinda lonely here on the finish line (writing only). Has anyone else made it through yet?
If you're struggling due to your lack of inspiration, I'd suggest translating stuff (short stories, online fiction, /r/writingprompts responses, etc.). Keeping a journal might beef up the word count as well, but it gets sort of repetitive after a while.

Re: Output Challenge 2015/2016 Discussion
I've officially quit too Somehow I just haven't been able to find the discipline to keep writing this year. I've ended up with a worse word count than in the first output challenge, despite having more time
Well done steyyan - I'm glad at least one person has managed to finish and show us that the challenge *is* possible

Re: Output Challenge 2015/2016 Discussion
Well. I have rather miserably failed both the Output Challenge proper and my mini-challenge over the last few months. I don't even dare take a look at my log to see my numbers. Oh well.

Re: Output Challenge 2015/2016 Discussion
21984 words written this year. Not super much, but I feel like that is a good amount. I have done MUCH less speaking. The official number is 48 minutes, which is embarrassingly only five minutes up from last year. I have done more actual speaking than that, but not nearly enough to make me feel satisfied.

OK, well I officially failed the 2015/2016 Challenge. But ever onward and upward! I'm officially calling time on the 2015/2016 challenge and start a new thread for the 2017 challenge.
