Yeah... I think I'll give this one a miss this year. I hope more people finish the challenge this time around!

Where shall we ask to get our writing corrected? (It asks if we're willing to correct?) I have just started , on 144 words now, and is it okay to write a diary as the output ? I haven't done a challenge here before.

Re: Output Challenge 2017 - Registration and Discussion
LANGUAGE: French
CHALLENGE: Full Challenge
CURRENT LANGUAGE LEVEL: Probably around B1, but very little experience with speaking
WILLING TO CORRECT LANGUAGE: Yes, if someone wants to do Norwegian
COMMENTS: Generally my active skills are underdeveloped compared to my passive skills, but this term I'm taking a French course at the University with an oral exam , so I have to do something along these lines if I'm ever going to get through that.

Re: Output Challenge 2017 - Registration and Discussion
LANGUAGE: Russian
CHALLENGE: Half. Speaking Only.
CURRENT LANGUAGE LEVEL: Reading/Listening is C1, but my speaking is at B2 so I'd like to bring it up since it is my weakest skill.
WILLING TO CORRECT: I don't have extra time
COMMENTS: I'm joining kinda late, but I hope this will be the motivation I need as I've noticed output is the best way to improve my languages. I started using a mini-worksheet for this so that I can remember things I learned when I speak. Hopefully I can stick to some schedule

Welcome aboard! Don't worry the challenge is an annual thing, so if you don't manage to do all of it this year there is always next year. And don't forget that "every little helps".

LANGUAGE: French
CHALLENGE: Full Challenge
CURRENT LANGUAGE LEVEL: ~B2
WILLING TO CORRECT LANGUAGE: Yes - German
COMMENTS: I'm not sure about the audio part yet but I will try ^^" I don't write that often and I don't speak at all. It's hard to bring myself to write/speak more without any ..."frame". But I need it so I think this challenge is a good idea

Re: Output Challenge 2017 - Registration and Discussion
This is exactly what I need, so I'm glad you're still accepting entries!
LANGUAGE: French
CHALLENGE: Full
CURRENT LANGUAGE LEVEL: high C1 output, mid-C2 input
WILLING TO CORRECT LANGUAGE: not at this time, I'm afraid; too much going on.
COMMENTS: at this stage, if we're counting from January, I'm probably a combined total of 4,500 words and something like 20 hours of speech in. A good start, but one on which I'd like to improve. I keep telling myself I should write *every day*, but it doesn't always work out. I'm hoping to change that.
My first priority is to prepare for an interview in French in July, so pretty much all of the speaking and writing I do covers either a professionally relevant topic or actual interview questions.
