I'd like to join with French, but just to be clear that I'm an odd case for this: I consider myself to be "working on B1", but I'm preparing to sit an A2 exam (because the B1 isn't on a day I can sit it). Nevertheless, I think this is a better fit for me than the 6WC.
I like the idea that this challenge focuses on "intensive" activities, so no counting things like listening to music for 8 hours per day while at work (yes, that happened on the 6wc). If possible, I would like womeone to clarify what is meant by "intensive" in regard to reading and listening for this challenge. (Sorry, not sorry, for being "that guy"

)
For listening, on this challenge I would not count when I listen to podcasts while driving, because I know that my attention isn't fully on the podcast. However, I would count listening to the news while walking because in that situation I'm better focused on listening than I would be if I was sitting on my sofa with my headphones on listening to the same news. In other words, for listening, intensive essentially means 100% focused. Is that about right?
That leads me to the question of TV series or films. I suppose for me, if I was watching with English subtitles, I wouldn't consider that intensive, but for me, watching with native subtitles is very intensive. (I'm not sure about watching without any subtitles, but for me my attention wanders wometimes when I watch the French news with no French subtitles.) Thoughts?
My final question is about what is meant here by intensive reading. Technically, intensive reading means reading while looking up every single unknown word, digging through the grammar, and probably taking notes and/or putting things into SRS. In the context of this challenge do we simply mean something "reading native level material with full attention" or is it the technical definition?
My gut feeling is that in the context of this challenge, intensive means "direct activity with full focus", but I'm asking because in the case of reading there is a more technical meaning for the word.
