Welcome! You're on the list at the front of the thread. Is there anyone else whose log I've missed adding?

I had a letdown after the 6WC, but bounced back with my wanderlust expressing itself via mandolin. My last serious bout of mandolin was two years ago, and while I'm still very much a beginner, I remember enough to make re-exploration interesting.

I joined the Lingua Franca, European Lingua Franca, and Asian Lingua Franca challenges on Facebook. The premise of the challenge is to vote for a language that the group will learn together for six months. Voting already started in two of the groups. Perfect wanderlust opportunity, don't you think?

Indonesian is in fifth place in the Asian Lingua Franca Challenge, which means it'll make it to the final round of voting. Also Glossika has a special offer until May 8, buy Indonesian and get a second language free.
Yours truly,
