Would anyone be up for a short story challenge? ideally one short story per week but it's not required to read them every single week :) reviews not required.
I can't be the only one who buys way too many short story books

I'd be interested in short stories. Irish has a very strong short story tradition, at least when it comes to works written by natives or near-natives, so I read a lot of them anyway. Though I'm more looking at including it as part of my bigger challenge of 52 books once again, so I will hopefully be doing more than one story a week!

Can I jump in later? I don't think I have any real collections on my shelves right now, but I do have some on my list that I would like to buy when I am able :)

Sure! I guess it would make sense to have about 5 stories as the minimum, so for 2016 you can sign up until mid-November
Whatever you find online also counts!

I'll sign up, but I might only be able to do one short story a month. And they may be histoires très, très courtes¹.

notes:
¹very, very short stories.

I read my short story for this week. It was Émile et le microbe. It is found in this book: Histoirs à lire le soir.
