I read through these pages and think I know the answer, but just in case there is a way around: One must have a Twitter account to do the 6WC, yes?
I dumped my Twitter last year as it was taking up too much of my time and raising my BP. I don't want to go back to that.

You're not a C1 (or B1 or whatever) if you haven't tested.

I'm pretty sure you need a Twitter account for your score to register on the bot's high scores page, but I do recall people here participating in the challenge without a Twitter account. I don't remember how that worked, though.
I'm not trying to tempt you to get back on Twitter, because I know plenty about social media being bad for mental health However, you could create an account just for the 6WC bot. It might not raise your BP if (1) you don't follow anyone, and (2) you never hit the search button.

This is exactly what I do. It works just fine and I have (so far) avoided getting sucked in to the wider Twitter universe.

Thank you for posting - I had completely forgotten about the 6WC this time around! I've signed up with Russian as well.

I signed up with French, and I am A0 in the language. I find it hard to spend a lot of time on a language when at such a low level, but this will be a good opportunity to try.

Late to the game as usual, but not really looking to "win." Signing up for Swahili. Let's do this!

Re: 6WC 6 Week Challenge - 2021
Count me in for the November challenge in Spanish. I do not however have a Twitter account, and have absolutely no desire to acquire one. I am also adamantly against most other social networks, so I am not sure if I can get enough out of it by following this thread.
