Me too! I haven't done one of these in years, and need to get over the intial hump in Norwegian.

I'm in exactly the same boat. For arguably ;) one of the easiest languages for a native EN speaking person, I'm getting a little bogged down in the details (mainly regarding pronunciation) and need to do some hard yards to get out of first gear! It's been years for me since my last 6wc.

I pondered this as well. I didn't use the tag myself in the end as I'm lucky to visit HTLAL once a year.

All the best with the 6wc, tangleweeds!

Oooh, I probably shouldn't (for my own sanity), but I'll join with Japanese Hebrew(?). I'm at a false beginner level at both and the question is which to focus on for this... I have more than enough resources for both. I'll skim my Hebrew textbook and make a choice based on how much I feel I'll be able to get a grasp on grammar related things (I'll probably keep with the Japanese but we'll see).

It's interesting how Germanic-focused this challenge is. 8-) German, Norwegian, Dutch, and now Swedish.

In case it's helpful to your or any of our Norwegian-focused cohort, I posted descriptions and useful links for the primary resources I'm using in my long yesterday, and in a day or two should post again with the secondary resources I've found.
Direct link to that particular log post

After having failed to find one extant, I just created a Nytt på Norsk (have I got that right, Nordmenn?) beginners group hoping others might want to share what they're using and how it's going.

Best of luck, inspiration, and motivation to all!

I’m having to bail—too many things on my plate right now. Work is stressful enough, I don’t need to add additional pressure. ;)

Hi there,
Can I still sign up for this challenge with my Slovenian? I'm an A2.

Reporting in that I'm having a very odd time of it, but life with neurological injuries can be that way, so it's hard to figure out what expectation to have.

I blush to admit that I've had absolute zero overlap between the times I've thought to turn on the timer in my spreadsheet (or note/do anything whatsoever related to clock time), and the lovely amount of happy time I've spent in flow states of learning, always without having meant to study then at all.

But I'm actually very happy, since this far more frequent and much longer flow states than I've experienced since before the neuro injury, which would be pre-2018! Yipee! Life without flow is pretty flat.

But what do you do about unplanned/unmeasured study sessions? I'm in a true flow state, so I had no awareness of time at all, but I'd guess they're within my normal uninterrupted focus sessions of 30-50 minutes.
