Is it possible that the bot is not displaying tweets at the moment? All the minutes I have logged since Tuesday evening have not been recorded.

The listening daemon hung, I've reset it and it should be taking in all the tweets. If it doesn't pick up some of the older ones you might need to do them again. Thanks for letting me know. :)

Check in - how's everyone doing?

I did a longer post in the "registration" thread, but it should've gone here.

For my part, I've quit twitter & lost track of my own listening hours. It got too hard to log every podcast I listen to. I guess I'm out for that portion.

It's easier for me to track reading - I just wait until I finish a book, and add it to a spreadsheet. So I'm still in for a 1/2 reading challenge for Spanish, French, and Italian. I've been rotating my focus languages rather than trying to do all three at once - it's easier now that I have a solid base in each. I'm not as afraid of losing progress if I set one aside for a few months. I think I'm on track to finish each by the end of the year.

I haven't been doing Twitter, but I've been keeping track & I've completed a full SC in French. :)

but I said I'd do a double, so off I go again to do the same thing over ...

I am about 25% off pace for my double. Since I intend to do more intensive reading in the new year seems unlikely I’ll hit that goal, still possible in watching. I’m content with the progress though.

Checking in! Thanks for the reminder, Kanewai.

After a strong start in May/June, I have hardly done anything in the past six months. However, I am still determined to complete the Super Challenge in French. I am updating my progress in more detail both in my log and via the Twitter bot (although I pondered over quitting Twitter in the past weeks, too).

So far, I have watched 61 "films" (a few movies and mostly TV series); mostly light entertainment, dubbed content, and SciFi. Lupin was a notable exception and a lovely surprise. Recommendation by multiple forum members by the way, so thank you all!

With 1000ish pages, I am lagging a bit behind with the reading part. Again, I am going for light entertainment rather than quality. Finished the Harry Potter series and two Doctor Who books, and started Tess Gerritsen's Rizzoli and Isles series, which allows effortless, extensive reading for my intermediate level.

A happy and successful upcoming Super Challenge year to you all!

I'm a bit behind in the Super Challenge, but confident that I can catch up next year! I've watched 22.6 "films" (actually podcasts and YouTube videos) and read 30.3 books.

I'm still posting via Twitter but I keep half expecting it to eventually die since someone doesn't like bots.

I'm on track for Italian, close with Portuguese (reading is behind) and completely behind in German.
