Wow! Plenty of great music over here!

I'd suggest two great Spanish-speaking musicians (cantautores) that haven't been mentioned yet: Joaquín Sabina (Spanish) and Silvio Rodríguez (Cuban). Listening to them, paying attention to the poetry of their lyrics, might be a wonderful way to improve vocabulary.
