-I use DeepL to translate target language texts into German. Among DeepL's suggestions I choose the one that helps me best to memorize the target language, not the stylistically best one
- With Softmaker/Textmaker (free here:http://www.freeoffice.com/de/download) I can easily import the two columns from DeepL and edit them further with a few clicks:
1. click on "Layout"
2. click on "Spalten" zwei
3. Umbruch einfügen - Spaltenumbruch
4. Seitengröße A3
5. paste your two DeepL texts into the two colums, they can now be worked and aligned easily

Is there any particular reason why you don't simply use a spreadsheet program, e.g., MS Excel or LibreOffice Calc?Kraut wrote:- With Softmaker/Textmaker (free here:http://www.freeoffice.com/de/download) I can easily import the two columns from DeepL and edit them further with a few clicks:

Or, even more simply, just copy and paste into a word/openoffice doc two columned-one row table.

Yes, I have always used free and small Softmaker and needed nothing else.
