It is imo very unlikely that hypothetical rightholders to a forgotten book that people have tried to locate for literal years will suddenly come barging on here with cease-and-desist notices, DMCAs or whatever these guys usually come up with. Still, I get why you'd rather avoid this sort of complication entirely.

Anyway, thanks a lot stairway2kevin, I suggest that you upload the scan to one of the usual Russian websites. It's probably against the rules to publicly name which ones but I'm sure you know them, being affilited to a university and all.

Fresh recordings of L'italiano Secondo Il Metodo Natura:

Fresh recordings of Le Français Par La Methode Nature:
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=P ... bD1UyzNFTP

A Spanish method very similar to those of Arthur Jensen:

English by the Nature Method:
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=P ... CjIl9N8gsJ

In fact, I was able to reach 2000 Fresh Words (Which is the 3rd volume of English by the Nature Method and English by the Nature Method for Children which was supposedly wrıtten by Jensen's daughter.)

I have managed to get the Danish volumes. They're quite interesting, and much less developed than the French/Italian/Latin/English ones, imo. A lot fewer pictures and a lot more text.

I'd like to get the Danish and Russian copies, please. I'm one of those people who cannot p.m. because they are new members :D

This is one of the situations where following the copyright doesn't help anyone. The books are not available for sale anywhere, and without sharing they will simply disappear. In EU there's at least a clear legal path to make sure such orphaned works are accessible. I wonder if the publisher of the new reprints of French and Italian courses went through these legalities? I would also love to read through the discovered courses, but it doesn't seem like it's going to happen.

What exactly is the legal path in the EU?

I too would be extremely interested in that legal path of how to make these works available in the EU, at least.

Doesn't it have to do with being a learning institution or something? I looked it up once. EU law wouldn't apply to this site as it's UK-based, but it would be great if there were a way to get classified as a learning institution/archive and thus able to host material like this (or audio for out-of-print courses that the publishers do not sell nor keep archives of). Obviously no easy feat and probably not something the admin team is going to want to spend time doing.
