I made an initial survey for interactive fiction in a foreign language.
I left out English, as that's easy to find (just google 'interactive fiction'), check the second generic link, or remove the foreign language tag from below first link.
Also, for French, German, Spanish, Portuguese there's a lot more, but I wanted to try to find other languages as well.
