Hi all,
I'm working my way to C1 Spanish and , while reading books, I notice that I have a huge. gap in vocab and especially in phrases like "tal y como", "tampoco hay para tanto", ... I think I encounter these more in books with informal, everyday language use. Does anybody know of a resource, a PDF, with a list of these phrases with examples?
Thanks in advance!

This might be too elementary for you, but have you tried this book? https://www.amazon.es/Breaking-Beginners-Spanish-Joseph-1994-07-30/dp/B01JXSWPRU/ref=sr_1_8?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1518235326&sr=1-8&keywords=keenan

I noticed your log says you're in Valencia, that's where I studied a few years ago! A few book recommendations I have for more informal, Peninsular Spanish are Spanish Among Amigos as well as the Spanish Among Amigos Phrasebook, both by Nuria Agulló. And one by a Valencian author is El español de la calle by María Arlandis. They should all be relatively inexpensive, too.

Wanted to add a free resource, although it hasn't been updated in awhile, here's a website that might be useful that I bookmarked awhile back:
