It looks to me like "Learning like Crazy" is producing a CD of the Course.
Ebay and Amazon have copies.
I bought a copy.
I suppose that it is illegal to distribute copies of a commercially produced digital copy of public domain material...
I'll have a personal copy of it soon.

OK, I have 2 copies of what appears to be the complete audio for the FSI Spanish FAST course. It is not any kind of silver bullet shortcut to fluency or anything. I've found some quite nice listening exercises and some conversations that just beg to be shadowed. There is about 7 hours of audio. The French FAST course has about 4 hours by comparison.
The audio for the FAST courses seems to be only a small part of the original courses. My first impression is that the audio for the Spanish course is less organized than the audio for the French courses.
I'll take a more detailed look at this over the next few days.

It would be nice if this audio could be archived somewhere. Learning Like Crazy doesn't seem to have altered the audio in any way from the original course. They don't seem to be selling it any more. Perhaps they could be convinced to donate this audio to the public domain. I'm not really sure what they are doing with their company at this point; their website confused me.

Anyway, the audio to FSI Spanish FAST does exist, and somewhere there seems to be at least one complete clean copy of the public domain tapes.

Excellent !!!

As to the length of the audio recordings that were prepared to accompany the FSI FAST course manuals, most of them seem to have been somewhere between 4 and 8 hours, the exception being the FSI FAST Italian course, which I suspect was meant to take the place of the "missing" FSI Italian Basic course. Then again, perhaps the FSI and/or the NTIS simply misplaced the complete set of audio recordings for these programs.

The FSI FAST Spanish course manual is hosted on the FSI-Languages-yojik website and Ericounet, the site owner/administrator, has already confirmed his willing to host the associated audio recordings. I will send you a Private Message concerning the transfer of the files.

Excellent work, go to the head of the class!

I'll contact Ericounet.
I want to make sure that we don't violate any copyrights, even though this is a digital copy of public domain material.
I'm no lawyer.
