I thought I'd quote your post to give it more visibility. So many of these older courses were made in the days before the easy availability of audio we have now. I downloaded the pdf and, if I ever decide to learn Russian, I'll have the audio, too!
Older language-learning courses are still useful. I have used several to good effect. More modern usage and spellings are easy to get from other sources.

Crikey, this is the book I used back in the day. After TY to read Russian. I'm subscribed to Ayan Academy and wondered how I missed it, but I see it was posted today.
