parallel and interlinear
if you don't speak russian, look for multilingual texts: scroll for a long time, then search for "(в2).pdf" (copy paste, it's a russian V, not a B)
lots of samples cause they try to sell those (cheaply, not sure if easy to do), but also some full texts

I can add these sites with Grimm and Andersen stories, although I have to admit the parallel translations are not as good as Farkas' which are manually fixed to have the paragraphs at the same spot... But they have a lot of beginner stories and a lot of languages:

https://www.andersenstories.com/language.php?andersen=003&l=de&r=en

https://www.grimmstories.com/language.php?grimm=053&l=de&r=en

For each story, scroll to the bottom to select a parallel language as in the above example links :)
