In another post on building TMs for online reference at http://www.translationtribulations.com/ ... m-for.html, Kevin Lossner mentions a sample Portuguese-English TM he's put online at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... 1106428424, and explains how to use the (now open-source) Heartsome TMX Editor to export a TMX file to Google Sheet format.

The Google Sheet approach is probably more useful if you want to share a glossary or TM with other people, or access it from multiple devices. Otherwise it's probably easier just to keep it locally.
