A question has been asked about language forums similar to this one, but in French (https://forum.language-learners.org/vie ... 268#p82268). reineke tried to find some active ones but without success, my attempts to locate German language equivalents were highly unsatisfying, too. I believe there was a link to a Russian forum somewhere on HTLAL but I'm unable to find it anymore. So I thought it could be useful to link to active forums we know about. I give myself permission to begin:

I know only one Russian forum, but it's aimed to English learners in the first place.

Re: Language (learning) forums in languages other than English
I have tried to find such a forum in Spanish in the past, and also just now, and the few that exist (Fiuba, Polseguera, Emagister) are basically dead and have always been so. The three language-related sub-forums on Monografias ("linguistics, English, French") seem slightly more alive, but they're still very, very slow. It seems to me that learning English is of such great importance in all Spanish-speaking countries that it's almost always the first foreign language they learn, and once they have learned it, if they use online forums at all, it's English-language forums that they go to in order to discuss learning languages in general.
However, I'm part of a Spanish-speaking conlanging group on Facebook that's fairly active, called "Conlangs (Español)". If you like conlanging I suggest that you join us. URL:

lingvoforum.net is in Russian and is quite active. The Ukrainian subforum is also active with many threads in Ukrainian.
Friquillingüismu is a Facebook group in Asturian about languages (not necessarily language learning). You also see posts in Spanish, Galician and Catalan. They mostly talk about Asturian and other Romance languages, though.
