Lossner presentation on terminology extraction

Postby mcthulhu » Fri Aug 04, 2017 10:16 pm

Yesterday Kevin Lossner posted a recording and slides from his 2-hour presentation on terminology mining, focusing on the free AntConc concordance tool and the memoQ CAT tool, at https://goo.gl/qvwJbf. It includes managing stop word lists to filter out noise and get to interesting terms faster. TeamViewer needs to be installed to view the presentation itself after it's downloaded (though you can use TeamViewer to convert the file to .avi format if you so desire).
