A language learners’ forum

People familiar with the lernu! website for learning Esperanto will be pleased to know a similar site exists for Russian: https://russky.info (there are "sister sites" for German, Slovak and a handful of other Slavic languages). Content is up to A2 level.

Sorry if this has been mentioned elsewhere but the search function doesn't seem to work well with urls.

EDIT: also added the INALCO website I mentioned on the study group thread.

This website provides materials for the INALCO Russian course (in French): http://russe.inalco.chez.com/index.htm

Some of the sections are password protected. The passwords are:
-for the "Initiation russe" tab: init
-for the "Licence 1ère année" tab: licence1
-for the "Licence 2ème année" tab: licence2

Thanks for the reminder! I've seen them before. There were flyers on one of the tables at the first Polyglot Gathering in Bratislava, organized by E@I (who also are behind the sister sites you mention).

Is there a site which lists all the languages? Or do they all follow the form [language-name-in-the-language].info?

The most comprehensive list I could find is on https://ikso.net/projektoj, and to be clear the actual language learning websites following the exact same format are:

https://mluvtecesky.net/
https://lernu.net/
https://russky.info/
http://polski.info/

(Honorable mention for http://tokipona.info/ which is listed but does not follow the same site format.) Of course this doesn't exclude the existence of sister sites unrelated to this project, assuming the codebase is open source. This project is very much underrated and should probably be in its own thread so people know where to look but I'm not sure where to post it.

Speaking of which, I'm nearing the end of the Assimil booklets and the Russian website is a welcome source of active drills, even if the level doesn't go beyond A2. The instant audio and translation lookups are also very nice.

Ok guys, I got the call from Rick to help maintain this resource. I started going through the first post, testing URLs and adding a bunch. Over the next weeks I'll keep checking and updating.

Just updated the first post again with the current link to Radio Mayak, which looks awesome if you're ~B1 and above. Making this post so the thread will be bumped.

Remember: If you test a link in that first post (heck, anywhere) and the link is dead, please PM me. Bonus points if you PM me with an updated link for said resource.

You might want to add a link to http://www.tips4russian.com, which I've just discovered. It has courses on verbs of motion, as well as some other courses on other topics that are still under construction. You have to sign up with an email address but access is currently free. The audio review files within the course seem particularly useful - they really make you think.

From there I've also found a link to an online course for beginners: https://mezhdunami.org/. It looks pretty nice.
