Here we could share offers and discounts for language related programmes, courses, books, etc. These things are much too expensive - for me any possibility of saving money is welcome.

For Pimsleur (and probably other audio programs), I found the cheapest method is through Audible. If you sign up to collect credits each month, once you have 5 credits you can buy an entire comprehensive level for the equivalent price of $75 dollars, whereas the same thing on CD costs $300. Returns are also easy.

Schoenhof's is having a sale through Monday. From the email I got:

We're excited to offer 40% off every foreign book we have in stock, and 20% off any domestic books we have in stock. All children's books (in-store only) will be on sale for 50% off.

Unfortunately their site is really hard to navigate and search.

Thank you, I'll have a closer look at Audible now. But unfortunately they don't provide all seasons, only level 1-3 (Spanish).

Not quite the same thing but as I've posted in another thread, you can win the chance to take the SIELE Spanish exam for free. (Just part of the exam, unless you've done the course on Miríada X)

Also, pinned the thread.

Ah - Audible.com - the "european version" doesn't offer level 4 and 5. :mrgreen:

I can only find these Levels as whole package for $113.35, and not the 5-unit-packs. Could anyone with a subscription look for the members-prize and whether they can be "bought" with credits, please? Thank you very much.

Pimsleur wants $120 for a level, that would be $90 with the Black-Friday-Deal. Tax will be added for both, Audible and Pimsleur... and they don't mention something like "geographical restriction" like audible.com :? ,

With "my" Audible I get one level for ca. $63 (tax included), but only level 1 to 3. :shock:

@Serpent: Thank you ;)
