These resources are also available on the Internet:
Beginning Kazakh
Intermediate Kazakh
Advanced Kazakh

The website is called Language Canvas and offers a subscription model which currently [11/2019] costs $ 6.99 per month with a minimum subscription period of 6 months.

Disclaimer: I don't speak Kazakh and I don't intend to study Kazakh, so I can't judge the quality of this offer. The site also has courses for other languages (Ukrainian, Turkish, Kurdish, Korean, Cantonese, and Brazilian Portuguese).

That's because the DVDs are no longer being made, so they decided to make them online courses rather than just have them cease to exist.

I ran into that site a few months ago, but I never checked the lessons out.

A couple YouTube channels that might be interesting for an intermediate to advanced learner.

DOPE SOZ: a podcast discussing a wide range of political, social and cultural issues in modern Kazakhstan and beyond. While the hosts are broadly in favor of expanding the sphere of usage of the Kazakh language, their and their guests' Kazakh skills aren't always up to the same level, so depending on who's participating in a given episode the discussions may be predominately in Russian or feature a lot of code-switching back and forth.

Kazak Bubble: an infotainment channel on linguistics that started very recently and only has one video up so far (The History of Kazak (Part 1)), but looks quite promising.

Also, one update on a resource linked to earlier:

As of now all levels up to and including C2 are available, plus now you can do the course via English and Turkish as well as Russian. I'm currently slowly making my way through it after the placement test put me in B1.

Found another interesting channel in Kazakh - Koktay, a gaming playthrough and commentary channel. Aside from offering commentary and sometimes translation of in-game dialogue into Kazakh, what's notable about the channel owner is that he is apparently a qandas from China, so he does next to no code-switching into Russian that you might expect from an informal entertainment channel.
