For Czech, add slovnik.seznam.cz please. It has only the biggest languages, but I find it more user friendly, the content comparable, and there are audio files to majority of the words.

Or slovniky.lingea.cz is a site with a dictionary for many more langauges than the seznam site. More user friendly than slovnik.cz, with all the information about the words that many online dictionaries ignore, but without audio for most languages. Now that I look at it, they might be connected to the dict.com dictionaries, even though they are adding conversations' and grammars' contents for some langauges as well

Surprised no mention of Slovoed. The wife and I have been using the deluxe English<->Russian dictionary on iOS (iPods mostly) for several years now and love it. You can save words and quiz yourself later. They even show the vowel which carries the stress. You can also type in a word in its conjugated or declined form and it'll find the infinitive/nominative form of the word for you. Highly recommended. We've also used their free (or low-cost) compact dictionaries for other languages like German and Croatian.

I bought mine directly from my iPod years ago, but here's a link to their website.
