I have accidentally encountered this:
https://pptonline.acm.gov.pt
it seems to be quite a good resource for beginners and intermediates and paid by the EU, if I am not mistaken.

Somewhere on this forum (I thought it was in this post) there was a link to a very good site for Portuguese audio books. It was somewhat like ivoox for Spanish (but organized much differently) where there were some more modern audio books. I cannot seem to find the thread/post with the link to the Portuguese resources. Any help would be appreciated.

reineke posted audio book resources here but only one in Portuguese:

Bylan claimed he had a good one here but didn't publish the name:

Thank you for the reply. That is helpful. Unfortunately, that link is not the link I was looking for. The link had all of the Dan Brown books and several John Grisham books. I was planning to LR a few of them as a way to get into Portuguese.

I found this one for example: https://www.amazon.com/Inferno-A-Novel/dp/B00B1VXVIU

Chips that's an English one, although the title was Portuguese.

Did you mean audiobooks to buy or pirated copies?

[Edit: I can only find illegal sites, no legit Portuguese audiobooks for Dan Brown or Grisham, but will keep looking!]

[Another edit: Found Portuguese audiobooks on the Amazon Brazil website :) I did see Harry Potter, not checked for Grisham or Dan Brown yet https://www.amazon.com.br/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1/161-1271402-9673259?__mk_pt_BR=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=audiolivro]

[And another edit: Found this site as well, no Dan Brown or Stephen King unfortunately :? http://busca.saraiva.com.br/?q=audiolivros&f=%7B%22rootCategory%22%3A%5B%22Livros%5Ct%5Ct%5CtAudiolivro%5Ct%5Ct%5CtLiteratura%20Estrangeira%22%5D%2C%22idioma%22%3A%5B%22Portugu%C3%AAs%22%5D%7D

I'm not too swift when it comes to technology type stuff. Now I'm thinking that the website was some sort of illegal website that got removed from the forum. I do appreciate the links you provided. I only need a few good books to get started. Fortunately, I already have one good Portuguese audio book and, if I stay motivated, I'll go through it.

I removed a link to a site that serves blind users.
