The Institut Français in London offer an exam preparation course where they use Reussir le Delf.El Forastero wrote:Hello everyone. Do you know some good and specific resources for DELF B2 preparation? Thank you in advance
Course materials: Students will use the Reussir le Delf B2 (Didier) textbook and complementary documents to help them gain proficiency in the four key skill areas.

Re: French resources
I'm starting to look for B1 preparation resources, although I don't plan to start on them for a few months.
Reussir le Delf. by Didier has great reviews, but the one issue is that it is from 2010. Normally I wouldn't consider that a problem but the exam format has apparently been updated a bit. Didier have a more recent exam series called Le DELF 100% reussite, but the first editions also are for the old version, and they have so far only released 2nd editions for the A2 and B1 exams.
You should probably check with your exam centre which version of the exam you would be taking. On the Didier website I found the following video explaining the reasons and content of the changes. It's good practice as well!

Edit: falling into the rabbit hole that is YouTube, I found a channel called French School TV which has video examples of what the oral exams are like. It looks like there are also several other videos aimed specifically at B2 exam prep.

I so want to reply "all of them" and leave it at that!
However, there is a thread dedicated to discussing French films: https://forum.language-learners.org/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=7152&p=87884&hilit
On reflection, I'll add a few points here. So much depends on the level you are at and your goals. If you are a beginner, then I would suggest that you start with series rather than films. Another good place to start would be documentaries because the spoken audio is so much clearer than in anything else. One good example is Le peuple des océans, a documentary about sea creatures with almost perfectly matching French subtitles (on the DVD anyway).
But if you specifically want recommendations for good French films, follow my link above.

Re: French resources
What are your favourite podcasts in French made for French speakers (as opposed to learners)? Although several podcast sources are listed on the main page, there are few mentions of specific podcasts. Personally, I'd like to find a good French podcast for native speakers that runs around 10-15 minutes, because I'd like to listen to episodes again and again until I understand the majority. However, it would be useful for our users to list any native podcasts you listen to, and tell us why you like them.
