Andras Farkas's page of several parallel texts includes a multilingual translation of Leo Tolstoy's Anna Karenina. Some of the languages include a link to audio, but, unless I'm missing it, there was none for the German translation. There is one now from Librivox Recording of Anna Karenina. So far as I can tell from listening to the audio, and if the narrator of the recording and Amazon can be trusted, the version of the texts Farkas and the recording use is the same.

The Librivox recording lasts 47:34:26 and consists of many parts totaling 1338 MB.

Note that the publisher Zeno, offers many other books in German, as has been pointed out in other posts.

Short video news that are subtitled and read out by professional readers, the audio quality is excellent! Can be downloaded with VideoDownloadHelper.

http://www.focus.de/

I'm wondering whether the subtitles can be extracted as SRT files and the whole then played in Lingo Player.
