Cebuano / bisaya, Austronesian language from Philippines with lots of Spanish and English loanwords. Probably around 20 million speakers. Few modern books. Some newspapers.

Very few resources.

I wanted to mention a new kids resource

Slowly people are starting to consider teaching it at school.
