Problems with Lang-8?
I have been using Lang-8. Sometimes it works fine, but usually it doesn't. It's slow, locks up, won't let me correct posts, etc. My biggest concern is that my hard drive sounds like it's working like mad when I'm on the site. Does anyone else have issues? I don't want to be downloading a bunch of viruses or doing anything to damage my computer.

Re: Problems with Lang-8?
No problems here, I have used Lang-8 for several months and it has worked fine. Sometimes an error occurs when I try to post a long text, but it doesn't go further. Try changing your web browser, it might help (I use google chrome).

Re: Problems with Lang-8?
Seems to be working fine for me these past few days. Perhaps it's your browser itself that is having trouble. Especially if you have many tabs open at the same time (my typical problem). I doubt you are downloading bad viruses or messing up your computer merely by visiting the Lang-8 website, even if it isn't working for you.

Re: Problems with Lang-8?
I tried Lang-8 with another web browser. It worked much better and my hard drive didn't sound like it was going to explode.
Thanks!
Thanks!
